Vauxhall Astra Convertible Roof Stuck Half Way

Hi i have a vauxhall astra with twintop which i intend to buy but the car as problems with the twintop.

Vauxhall astra convertible roof stuck half way. Page 151 of my owner manual states. Lifted part way but is stuck. Just cut and pasted mine. If the automatic drive is not operational two persons are required to manually close the roof.
